1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3. Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl992 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 You agree to notify jl992 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received and confirmed, jl992 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.1.1 All deposits to jl992 Accounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability and the applicable limits of each payment provider.

4.1.2 jl992 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or foreign currency transfers. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.1.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method, Account verification status, or applicable regulatory requirements.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.2.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, subject to jl992's payment processing rules. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.2 All bets placed on jl992 are final once confirmed. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player complaints process or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
